Ingredients: Apple; 1 large apple, peeled and chopped (I like Royal Gala); 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1 TB lemon juice; Topping; 3 TB rolled oats; 2 TB almond flour; 2 tsp coconut sugar; 1.5 TB coconut oil; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; Optional: 1 TB chopped pecans

Ingredients

Apple
1 large apple, peeled and chopped (I like Royal Gala)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 TB lemon juice
Topping
3 TB rolled oats
2 TB almond flour
2 tsp coconut sugar
1.5 TB coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional: 1 TB chopped pecans

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a ramekin with coconut oil. Toss apple cubes with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and lemon juice. Add apples to ramekin.
In a small bowl, combine all topping ingredients until it forms a dough.
Add topping over apples, push down with your fingers.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm (with ice cream is a plus!)
