Ingredients
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- 3 TB coconut sugar
- 3 tsp avocado oil or melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 TB jet black cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 Oreo, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a small ramekin or oven safe dish with coconut oil.
- In a small bowl, combine egg, coconut sugar and oil.
- In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa, and baking soda.
- Add dry ingredients to wet and stir.
- Spoon mixture into prepared ramekin. Top with crushed Oreo.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm 🤤
