APPLE CRISP for one, comin’ right up! Except after you try, you won’t want to just keep this to yourself :)Apple crisp is DEFINITELY one of my top 5 favorite fall (or anytime) desserts. I am such a sucker for warm apple anything…add a little ice cream and I’m over the moon. Anyway, I thought it would be fun to try a version for a single serving instead of making a whole pan. This nailed it 🙂

Ingredients
- Apple
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped (I like Royal Gala)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TB lemon juice
- Topping
- 3 TB rolled oats
- 2 TB almond flour
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1.5 TB coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Optional: 1 TB chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a ramekin with coconut oil. Toss apple cubes with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and lemon juice. Add apples to ramekin.
- In a small bowl, combine all topping ingredients until it forms a dough.
- Add topping over apples, push down with your fingers.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm (with ice cream is a plus!)
