Fall is one of my favorite times of the year when it comes to baking. Apple and pumpkin everything is so comforting and delicious.
This bread is super easy to make, is just sweet enough, and makes for a delicious breakfast, snack or dessert. It also pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea.
For a subtle apple flavor, the base of this bread is unsweetened apple sauce. Since I don’t typically use much apple sauce, I like to buy a snack sized pack of apple sauce instead of a whole jar for less waste. This recipe uses two 4 oz. cups!
I hope you love this bread as much as I do! Tag me on Instagram @laurenslovelykitchen if you give it a try!
